Supporting a Limited-Time Ramen Event in Jakarta

Tokyo’s “Yatai Ramen Shunyacchan” held a four-day limited pop-up in the Blok M area of South Jakarta. Astowa Food Indonesia, the local subsidiary of En Food Service, provided full support from planning and setup to on-site operations, recreating the atmosphere of a Japanese street-side ramen stall. To ensure that all visitors, including Muslim customers, could enjoy the food safely, a special chicken ramen without pork or lard was offered.
Despite being the restaurant’s first overseas pop-up, the event attracted many visitors and received very positive feedback. This pop-up served as a valuable opportunity to share Japanese food culture abroad.
